My Current Role…

As a UX Strategy Lead at Mode, I’m at the center of all digital projects. I help connect the dots from a project’s start to finish, ensuring we are delivering a user-centered digital solution that aligns with client business strategy.

I partner with key internal stakeholders across and diverse client business groups to understand client business requirements, customer insights, competitive landscape and assess any technical limitations.

I’m responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into UX strategy writing, site architecture, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, functional requirements, mockups and prototypes.

My involvement continues in a consulting capacity during the design/build process, then I actively define and lead QA methods and assist in post-launch measurement.
